BY ORDERING THE CLIENT AUTOMATICALLY AGREES WITH MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • NO REFUNDS! unless I fail to deliver the final art piece.

  • PERSONAL USE ONLY! Commercial use inquiries must be discussed and paid for.

  • I own all rights to the finished commission as the Artist/Designer.

  • Client is NOT permitted to sell the commissioned character design/artwork at a higher price and must be discussed with the Artist first.

  • PAYPAL ONLY. Full Payment must be sent right after the approved sketch. Commission will be on hold until then.

  • I have the right to drop the commission if the client fails to pay the fee in 2 weeks time.

  • TAT can take up to 3-4 weeks per commission depending on how many clients are in queue.

  • Client is permitted to post the commissioned artwork with PROPER credit to the Artist.

  • It is prohibited to edit out the artwork’s watermark.
